Soul Dance

Take a movement journey!! We will dance in a candle lit room and create sacred space and a sense of autonomy. Free form dancing can create a sense of euphoria, break down emotional barriers, free habitual body patterns and open you up to a transformational relationship with yourself. No previous dance or movement experience required. This class is based in the Ecstatic Dance tradition of Gabrielle Roth. "Energy moves in waves. Waves move in patterns. Patterns move in rhythms. A human being is just that, energy, waves, patterns, rhythms. Nothing more, nothing less. A dance."

At each Psychic Salon Della channels a Native American holy man called Grandfather and a group of ascended masters called the Council of Elders. 

Each individual is invited to ask questions that they could use some clarity on.  You will also be given an opportunity to tap into your own intuitive selves.  Come for fun and community!
