 "Energy moves in waves. Waves move in patterns. Patterns move in rhythms. A human being is just that, energy, waves, patterns, rhythms. Nothing more, nothing less. A dance."

 The Healing Circle gives you an opportunity to relax on a deep level. Optimum health first generates on an energetic level then filters down to the physical. In this special class you will be brought through a guided visualization to align yourself with your perfect state of health. Hands on Healing will be applied to any individual who wants it.  Then we will then integrate it all through the vibrations of a deep gong meditation.

 Take a movement journey!! We will dance in a candle lit room and create sacred space and a sense of autonomy. Free form dancing can create a sense of euphoria, break down emotional barriers, free habitual body patterns and open you up to a transformational relationship with yourself. No previous dance or movement experience required. This class is based in the Ecstatic Dance tradition of Gabrielle Roth.
